　　(4)先啟動稀油站，查看潤滑油是否足量連續(xù)地達到鼓風(fēng)機左、右軸承位，確信潤滑油已達到鼓風(fēng)機左、右軸承位后，再啟動電機(若電機軸承為滑動軸承，還必須保證潤滑油足量連續(xù)地達到電機軸承位后方能啟動電機)。

　　(5)開車前必須關(guān)閉進風(fēng)口(或出風(fēng)口閥門)，開車后逐漸打開，一直調(diào)到所需工況，但不得超過電機負荷。

　　(6)鼓風(fēng)機運轉(zhuǎn)時要注意風(fēng)機和電機內(nèi)部應(yīng)無異響，是否漏油，是否有過大振動，軸承溫升是否過高，電機電流是否過大，地腳松動等不正常現(xiàn)象，如果有上述現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時停車排除。

　　(7)不允許鼓風(fēng)機在性能不穩(wěn)定的喘振區(qū)域工作。

　　(8)應(yīng)定期清除聚集在轉(zhuǎn)子部分的氣體雜質(zhì)和污垢，以免影響轉(zhuǎn)子平衡產(chǎn)生振動。

　　(9)拆卸轉(zhuǎn)子須將機殼中分面及軸承上蓋拆開后整體吊出，檢查葉輪、葉片表面、密封圈、軸襯等零部件磨損情況，檢查葉輪鉚釘有無松脫，潤滑系統(tǒng)是否可靠，以及管道接頭有無滲漏。清除風(fēng)機流道內(nèi)積留的灰塵和油污。檢查期限應(yīng)根據(jù)情況擬訂，但每年不得少于兩次，每次檢查應(yīng)特別仔細，并做好記錄。

　　(10)鼓風(fēng)機長期不使用時，就定期將轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)120℃或180%，以防主軸彎曲。

　　(11)拆換軸承箱軸承時，應(yīng)注意軸承裝配位置，并按原位置裝好。

　　(12)葉輪輪毅端面與密封條應(yīng)保持間隙為0.07-0.巧mm，葉輪進口圈外面與密封條的間隙為0.1一0.2mm，間隙過大會產(chǎn)生泄漏。

　　(5) before start-up, the air inlet (or outlet valve) must be closed, and it shall be opened gradually after start-up until the required working condition is reached, but the motor load shall not be exceeded.

　　(6) during the operation of the blower, attention should be paid to whether there is abnormal noise inside the fan and motor, whether there is oil leakage, whether there is excessive vibration, whether the temperature rise of bearing is too high, whether the motor current is too large, and the foundation is loose. If there are such abnormal phenomena, stop the machine in time to eliminate them.

　　(7) the blower is not allowed to work in the surge area with unstable performance.

　　(8) the gas impurities and dirt accumulated in the rotor should be removed regularly to avoid affecting the balance of the rotor and causing vibration.

　　(9) to dismantle the rotor, the casing split and bearing upper cover shall be removed and lifted out as a whole. The wear of impeller, blade surface, sealing ring and shaft lining shall be checked. The impeller rivet shall be checked for looseness, whether the lubrication system is reliable, and whether the pipe joint has leakage. Remove the dust and oil dirt in the fan channel. The inspection period shall be worked out according to the situation, but it shall not be less than twice a year. Each inspection shall be particularly careful and recorded.

　　(10) when the blower is not used for a long time, rotate the rotor at 120 ℃ or 180% regularly to prevent the main shaft from bending.
